Please Note: For all preventative injury management, taping is available by the sports trainer. Students will need to provide their own tape or will be charged $5 per joint ($10 per shoulder). No massage services will be available.

Off-field care will be supported through a network of local hospitals, sports medicine centres and medical centres. Sports trainers will provide initial care, and will then direct students to the appropriate care facility. Students will need to book their own appointment and make their own payment of fees as applicable (Note: please ensure that you take your referral letter that the sports trainer will give you to any off-field care facilities).

For more information on injury prevention check out the Sports Medicine Australia Smartplay website, including injury management and specific injury fact sheets, hydration informationprotective equipment and warming up.
